Access to stephenconroy.com is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Throughout these Terms the phrases ‘USER’ and ‘YOU’ are defined as any visitor to the site for whatever reason. The terms ‘I’ and ‘MY’ mean Stephen Conroy.
By accessing and using the website you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. All users are advised to read these terms and conditions and to leave the site immediately if they cannot agree.
The User may not copy, republish, download, post, make available to the public, or otherwise use any stephenconroy.com content (photographic or written) in any way except for personal, non-commercial use.
The User may not adapt, alter or create any composite work from any of the stephenconroy.com website material unless it is explicitly for the user's own personal, non-commercial use. For commercial or other non-personal use please contact Stephen Conroy to seek permission in writing.

Commissioned Work -
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions -
Commissioning "the Photographer" (namely Stephen Conroy - also "Stephen Conroy Photography Limited") is acceptance of these conditions. Any queries must be raised upon booking. All contracts and
transactions between the Photographer and his Clients whether made orally or in
writing are subject to these terms and conditions which shall be deemed
to be incorporated into any contract between Photographer and all or any
of his Clients.
The Copyright & ownership throughout the World remains with the Photographer as assigned by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Usage is granted for the purpose & period & regions described on the invoice. It is the Client's responsibility to raise any queries regarding the usage agreement within 14 working days of issue of invoice.
When this License to Use has expired the Photographs cannot continue to be used or displayed commercially and must be removed or destroyed, including any archived digital files.
An agreement must be made with the Photographer in advance of any photographs being used for any other purpose than originally stated. Photographs used without permission - for purposes or regions or extended periods - will result in legal action to recover compensation. Any or all fees or expenses incurred by Photographer in chasing payment of unauthorised usage shall be borne by Client as named on invoice.
If the client as named on invoice is put into
administration/receivership or liquidation, or ceases to exist, the
License to Use is terminated and does not migrate to any other
companies.
The Photographer retains the right to use the photographs for advertising or promoting of his own work.
Payment terms -
Payment must be arranged & completed by the Client - as named on invoice - 30 days from date of invoice unless agreed upon booking.
Cancellations of bookings .....with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full rate..........within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the full day rate.
No use may be made of the photographs without the express permission of the Photographer until the invoice is paid in full. Any permission which may be given for prior use will automatically be revoked if full payment is not received by due date, or if the client is put into administration/receivership or liquidation, or ceases to exist.
Any or all fees or expenses incurred by Photographer in chasing payment of overdue invoices shall be borne by Client as named on invoice.
Confidentiality -
Stephen Conroy acknowledges that in the performances of the agreed services, he may receive information from Client which is designated by Client as confidential. Upon written request from Client, the photographer agrees to keep this information secret and not to disclose such information to other parties except as required by law or as necessary to complete the assignment.Hire Studio -
Commissioning the Photographic Studio is acceptance of these terms & conditions.
You will be supplying your own Photographer.
The Daily Hire Rate is variable. Normal working hours are between 9am and 6pm.
Outside these hours is charged at Overtime Rates. including deliveries received at Studio.
The Hirer (Client) is liable to ensure any additional insurance is in place prior to their entry to premises to cover equipment and people they bring onto the premises.
Any damage to equipment and facilities on the premises will be billed to Hirer (Client). The studio and its owner & employees are not responsible for any equipment or props brought into building. Hirer must insure props are accounted for and returned at conclusion of job. Queries or compensation demands of damaged or missing items are responsibility of hirer not the studio owner.
No camera or lighting equipment is provided unless requested. If supplied additional costs apply.
It is a non-smoking Studio.
Cancellations of bookings with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full rate for the whole period of agreed hire.
Cancellations of bookings within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the full studio day rate for the whole period of agreed hire.
