Along with my team of food stylists and retouchers I have worked with clients, chefs & suppliers to photograph many supermarket dessert ranges as well as photos for PR and editorial clients.
Food Photography is very specialised. Instagram filters may have made photographers of us all but there is no more unforgiving challenge for a food photographer than desserts.
Cake photographer
Confidence is key - particularly for supermarket packaging photography. Hot or cold desserts need a team of specialists. The image the on the box in the supermarket or at the Point of Sale needs to show the product the best it can be while still looking representative.
Chilled or frozen dessert photography especially needs confidence and experience to get beautiful desserts everytime.
