Simple homemade Tartare sauce
Perfect to pimp up your fish finger sandwich
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise2 tablespoons of chopped cornichons or small gherkins
1 tablespoon of cornichon vinegar
2 tablespoons of chopped capers
2 tablespoon of horseradish (use more or less depending on preference)
Adding Dill or parsley both work well but SIMPLE is the word here
